- Your Animal is fit, heathy and up to date with vaccinations. If your animal becomes unwell whilst in our care you agree to us seeking veterinary care at your cost
- I agree that the groomer can not be held liable or responsible for any underlying skin or heath problems grooming may exposé
- The groomer cannot be held responsible for the standard of grooming or mishaps that may occur while grooming an animal with behavior issues
- I understand if my animal is matted the groomer may have to shave off there coat due to the animal welfare act if this is the case we will seek to contact you prior to this being done
- I understand that when shaving or cutting your animals matted coat there is a risk of cutting the skin every effort to avoid this will be taken
- I understand that if the groom has to be stopped due to behavior or distress the full price of groom will still apply
- I understand that as a consent based groomers that if my animal is distressed the groom can be stopped and full charges will apply
- I agree to photographs may be used on social media/website. Any data we hold will not be provided to any other persons or businesses except by law or in event of an emergency to vets
